The room was spacious with electric kettle, tv, and a private bathroom. Loved having a seating area and extra long beds. Staff made check-in super smooth. The hotel is clean and very quiet, with easy access to public transport nearby.

The breakfast was satisfactory and well presented.

The room is well-maintained and new-fashioned with comfy beds, has free Wi-Fi. Nice service and the food is great.

A clean haven in Berlin

The hotel's well-appointed rooms offered a spacious and clean retreat after our Berlin adventures.

Despite the pleasant stay, the walls seemed a bit thin, nice for some noise from neighboring rooms that occasionally disturbed our sleep. The breakfast could use a bit more variety.

Everything is very good, the room is well furnished with big windows, a king size bed, for instance. The breakfast is absolutely superb with a huge variety of things to eat and drink. The stuff are very helpful and exceptionally friendly, offer great services.

Breakfast could offer more vegetarian options, especially since some of my group don't eat meat. A few staff members struggled with English, leading to some confusion during check-in. I appreciated the charm of the hotel, but a bit more attention to breakfast variety could enhance the experience.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the Neukölln Arkaden shopping center and multiple metro stations. The staff were friendly.

Exploring Berlin was lit with my daughter! We strolled through the vibrant streets and embraced the lively nightlife. The room suited us well. We appreciated the friendly atmosphere in the hotel.

In my wife's opinion, the pillows were too soft. It would be great to have more pillow options available for families with children.

Despite enjoying the homemade jams offered during breakfast, I found noise disturbances from the corridor and neighboring rooms to be quite unsettling. Had a lovely meal at a cool restaurant that didn't break the bank. 🍽️ Located right by the Neukoelln Arcaden Shopping Center, which was awesome. the service was top-notch, with super friendly and pleasant staff all around.
